Sebastian Grayson began his career as an estate agent, spending eight years in the property industry, where he successfully sold over 670 properties. He has also appeared multiple times on the TV programme Homes Under the Hammer, discussing property investment and development. This experience gave him an in-depth understanding of the market and a sharp eye for identifying potential in homes and land.
He later transitioned into construction, co-founding SimplyEasy Refurbs, a leading design and build company specialising in loft conversions and home extensions. Under his leadership, the company has completed hundreds of high-quality projects across London, earning a strong reputation for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Building on his success in both property and construction, Sebastian has now partnered with Marius Suratkevicius to launch UpliftLand.co.uk. Together, they focus on unlocking the potential of underutilised land, creating opportunities for landowners and investors alike. With his proven track record in property sales and development, Sebastian is driving UpliftLand’s mission to maximise land value across the UK.

Working alongside Sebastian Grayson, he is committed to creating opportunities for landowners and investors by managing every stage of the process, from initial assessment to successful sale.
